We have a packed month of events and activities lined up for May. You can get details of each on our Events Calendar but here is a summary:

May 1 - 17: Our Community Art Painting is a featured exhibit at the Centennial Images display which opens tonight, May 1. The painting will then be on display at the Forensic Press Building in Wake Forest through May 17.

May 2: CANCA will be at the Gazebo in the Farmers Market area for Meet in the Street in downtown Wake Forest. Our goal is to enlist 100 new members while we paint as many shoes as possible and also paint a portrait of Muddy the Mudcat!

May 3, 10, 17, 14: You will find CANCA members painting shoes and/or doing an art demonstration under the tent at Six Sundays in Spring. 

May 15-16: Relay for Life. Come buy your favorite painted shoes! All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.

May 17: Grand Slam for NathanCan. Carolina Mudcats play in Zebulon. CANCA art creations to be auctioned off with all proceeds going to NathanCan Foundation.
