CANCA Members make headlines!

Several of the Wake Forest area CANCA members have made great strides in their professional arts careers. The Women in Art Exhibit hosted by the Franklin County Arts Council, honored Robin Hendricks and Maureen Seltzer with a first place in pottery  and a second place in the watercolor categories, respectively. Several other Wake Forest and Youngsville area visual artists were a part of that show and went home with awards as well. Six Sundays in Spring

Sunday, April 19, 5-7pm, marks the beginning of a new season of Six Sundays in Spring at a new location. The stage and the bands will move to the new 200+ acre Joyner Park and with that comes beautiful scenery, larger grounds for open play, a 1000 seat natural ampitheater, and music, art and food. Bring your picnics and blankets to relax in the grass while enjoying a relaxing time with friends and neighbors.
